Bill Daniel became involved with missing persons through the disappearance of his step-daughter, Melanie Metheny on July 19, 2006.  Bill first met Melanie’s Mother and Founder/President, Debi in April of 2006 and 3 short months later, Melanie went missing.  This was before Bill ever got to meet Melanie.  Since that initial search for Melanie, Bill has supported Melanie’s Mother, who he married in 2008.  Bill is retired from the U.S. Army where he served as an electronics technician and then criminal investigator.  Bill is now employed with the U.S. Government.  Bill and Debi started Melanie’s HOPE (Help Our Pets Endure) where Bill serves as a Co-Founder and Secretary/Treasurer.
