Melanie’s HOPE’s 2016 Annual Event was cancelled due to the unforeseen devastation caused by the floods on June 23, 2016 across the state West Virginia. Also, through the efforts of Melanie’s HOPE, Governor Earl Ray Tomblin signed a proclamation declaring July 2016 as Missing Person’s Month in the state of West Virginia.
